In an online lecture of E-commerce on April 30th,2020 a group discussion was organized by Ms. Swati Gupta on the topic "Freedom is a myth" in which students of BBA(G) of class 2B participated and put on their view points in the light of the above topic. Students came up with the astonishing examples for proving their respected pionts. Here are few views presented by students:- 1. In a 21st century almost everyone is living in a democratic country and a democratic country has certain rights for their citizen like freedom of speech but when someone uses that freedom of speech then the person gets threaten by the higher authorities until he/she don't stop. 2. We think that we have freedom to travel to any place and to live in the place of our choice. But in reality, there are boundaries among countries and several restrictions to settle in other place 3. Freedom is not a myth. It is a reality. Freedom in any aspect should have limitations to prevent causing inconvenience to others. 4. The freedom depends on the place where we are born and raised up The group discussion then came to an end by the conclusion:- India, where a grown adult, a fully matured girl or a boy is not allowed to marry some he/she admires just because their family is ashamed what society will think. Where a student is not allowed to choose his own courier freely without getting pressure whether it is from peers, family or society. It may sound weird in 2020, but people are still treated badly just because they came from minorities. Media is still not allowed to publish what they want to without getting threats. Film industry is not allowed to show things without passing the censors. So looking at all of this only one thing comes to mind that "Freedom really is a myth". Then the session ended by Ms. Swati Gupta giving advices for improving the skills and to gain confidence while speaking to the students.
